6.    Returns Policy

Unless authorised by management at Skin Deep Body Products any stock returned for credit will not be readily accepted and may result in a percentage deducted from wholesale price or where dubious circumstances occur will be forwarded back to the appropriate client.  Goods will only be accepted back if the goods have not been opened and the packaging undamaged.

Please check your goods upon receipt for any damage that may have been caused through transit(within New Zealand). Charges will not apply in cases where there has been an error by Skin Deep Body Products.  Should there be any damage or leakage, please advise immediately as damaged and/ or incorrectly ordered goods will only be accepted up to 7 days after dispatch date.  These return policies only apply to New Zealand clients/ customers.

Overseas orders are at your own risk. Skin Deep will not take any responsibility for any damages in transit or wrongly ordered products.
